Bill Yetzer Professional Land Surveyor and the founder of Sea Level Consulting, Inc. Bill applies over 35-years of surveying experience to every project. Experience
Since 1987, Bill has surveyed everything from multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects to vacant lot surveys.
In 2018, Bill brought his experience to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. While
in the Outer Banks, Bill saw a need for a professional land surveying firm that offered both exceptional quality and true customer service.
